The Kingfisher is a 28-foot tiny house built by Blue Sky Tiny Homes in Evansville, Indiana. The home has 220-square-feet of space on the main floor and 50-square-feet in the loft.
The exterior combines hunter green board and batten siding with clear cedar siding. There is a covered front porch entryway with outdoor lights.
In the Kingfisher is laminate flooring, wood paneling for the walls, and stained tongue and groove for the ceiling. The open beam ceiling is 10-feet tall at the peak.
The galley kitchen includes a dishwasher, upper cabinets, five burner gas range, microwave hood, and refrigerator/freezer.
In the living room are two large double hung windows, a full wall of cabinetry, sofa sleeper with storage space, and end table. Against the far wall is a bench seat that converts into a dining table with bar stools.
A staircase leads up to the queen size bedroom loft. In the loft is a built-in storage area and four windows.
Below the loft is the bathroom with large vanity, storage above the toilet, flush toilet, 36″x36″ shower, and washer/dryer combo.
