Introducing the Jock Tiny House by Movable Roots, a compact dwelling that brings together style and functionality in a sleek, modern-industrial package.
Spanning 320 square feet, this home on wheels is set on a 30-foot by 8.5-foot foundation and offers a thoughtfully crafted living space that caters to individual needs.
Inspired by the Cat House model, the design reflects the client’s desire for a modern-industrial vibe, achieved through a combination of metal, quartz, and wood elements throughout the home.
The main living area features two RecPro recliners, positioned near a 20-inch bump-out that includes a built-in desk, offering a comfortable spot for work or relaxation.
The kitchen stands out with its mix of materials, creating a durable industrial feel. One of the highlights of this layout is the distinct separation between the kitchen and bathroom, enhancing privacy and flow.
The bathroom showcases large black hexagon floor tiles, grey stacked shower tiles, and black fixtures, all contributing to a sleek, cohesive look. It also includes a European-style wall-mounted flush toilet and a Splendide washer-dryer combo.
Above the kitchen and bathroom, the lofted master bedroom offers a cozy retreat. The standing area at the foot of the bed is outfitted with custom cabinetry, providing ample storage. Two skylights overhead allow for stargazing from the comfort of bed, with blinds available for when you need to block out the light.
The Jock Tiny House is a testament to personalized living, blending modern design with practical features in a compact yet comfortable space.
