Industrial Chic is a 24′ tiny house designed and built by Dream Big Dwell Small.
Industrial warehouse aesthetics fused with modern sleek finishes. The warm interior color scheme is accented with aegean blue doors and wall. Double lofts and 7′-10’6″ ceilings on the main floor furnish the feeling of spaciousness in this 300 square foot home. The contemporary exterior has clean lines with traditional horizontal ship lap and classic rib steel roof.

In the chef’s kitchen you’ll find a custom welded movable island, 16 feet of hardwood butcher-block counter tops, full pantry, and Grecian marble backsplashes. A stainless steel full gas range, 10 cu ft. fridge/freezer, and full sized microwave are also included.
This tiny house boats some of the largest lofts — a California king master loft and a queen “storage” loft — totaling over 110-square-feet.
The 45+ square-foot bathroom features a waterfall shower with 36″ large neo-round solid glass shower door, built in shelving, lots of cabinet and counter space, composting toilet, sleek vessel sink, tankless instant water heater and a washer/dryer combo.
