From Oregon-based Backcountry Tiny Homes is the Grizzly, a custom 30-foot tiny house built for a family of five and their cats, dogs, and pet pig! The tiny home has a downstairs bedroom and two loft bedrooms.
The two bedroom lofts are connected by a catwalk and there is a vented “catio” that the cats can access via a dropdown from the top loft as well as an entrance in the first-floor bedroom.
The master loft is accessed by a set of storage stairs with combo washer/dryer space, while the second loft is accessed by a ladder with railing. The second loft has a net wall for safety for the kids.
The downstairs bedroom has a barn door and twin size bed that doubles as a couch with storage drawers.
In the kitchen you’ll find a gas cooktop with overhead microwave, oven, full size side-by-side refrigerator, farmhouse sink, and butcher block counter. The counter has an extension that serves as an eating area.
The bathroom includes a 48″x36″ shower/tub, flush toilet, medicine cabinet, and sink.
The exterior is sealed cedar tongue-and-groove siding with metal accent pieces. The interior combines white walls with warm wood trim, ceiling, doors, accent walls, and flooring.
