From Colorado-based Land Ark RV is the Draper, a 30-foot tiny home on wheels that features a large deck to enjoy the outdoors and a living room that converts into a guest room.
The 300-square-foot tiny home is clad in a stunning maintenance-free black corrugated metal siding. Twelve windows and a 6-foot sliding glass door allow for plentiful natural light. There is also a standard entry door that leads into the mud room.
A 7’x14′ fold-down deck is raised and lowered with a manual winch. The deck is made out of Cumaru, a renewable Brazilian hardwood.
As you enter into the mud room you’ll find a bench with Sunbrella cushion and cubbies. There is a 7’3″ closet with hanging rod and custom built-in drawers and shelves. In this area is a washer/dryer combo as well.
The sliding glass door leads directly into the kitchen area, making it convenient when entertaining on the outdoor deck. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances: a three burner LP gas cooktop and vent, LP gas oven, 10.1 cu.ft. refrigerator/freezer, and modern kitchen sink. There are solid surface countertops, acrylic lower cabinets with black matte pulls, and upper shelving with integrated LED lighting.
Next to the kitchen area is a built-in, U-shaped sofa that converts into a queen size bed. The area also functions as the dining area with a telescopic table. The table has an expandable hinged leaf.
The master bedroom loft is accessed by a custom designed oak ladder. The loft is large enough to accommodate a king size mattress and has built-in shelving and LED lighting with dimmers.
In the bathroom is a 30″x60″ walk-in shower, solid surface vanity with mirror, linen storage, and a wall-mounted toilet. The faucets, shower trim, towel bars, and robe hooks are all matte black.
