With its balcony and two decks, the Denali by Utopian Villas offers the perfect retreat to enjoy the outdoors. The main floor bedroom and bedroom loft provide plenty of room for a family.
The 400-square-foot park model tiny house has a unique roofline and several exterior textures. High end finishes were used throughout the house, including Pella windows and doors, Kohler plumbing fixtures, and Whirlpool appliances.
The insulated floor system and closed cell spray foam provide excellent insulation to help keep utility usage extremely low.
On the main floor is the bedroom with direct entry access from the deck, living room with large L-shaped couch and electric fireplace, kitchen, and bathroom.
The kitchen has a huge wrap-around island that provides seating for four, a full size electric range with venting microwave overhead, and a full size refrigerator. Upper and lower cabinets provide plenty of storage space.
In the bathroom is a shower with glass door and tile surround, a flush toilet, and large sink.
One deck has a spiral staircase that leads up to the balcony.
