The Chateau Shack is a 26-foot tiny house built by Mini Mansions in St. Peters, Missouri. The home is NOAH certified and features two bedroom lofts and a galley kitchen.
The exterior is a dark gray maintenance-free vinyl board and batten siding with white trim, windows, door, and metal roof. The entry door is a 32″ metal half glass door.
To the right of the entryway is the living room with an L-shaped IKEA sofa sleeper, IKEA fold up table, 32″ flat screen TV, and ceiling fan.
Above the living room is a 6.5’x7.5′ bedroom loft with stairway access. This loft has a black pipe handrail and railing.
At the other end of the house is the second bedroom loft with a 16″ privacy wall and an aluminum telescopic ladder.
The galley kitchen includes white shaker style cabinets with black bar pulls, butcher block counters, and open shelving. There is a white 7.4 cu.ft. refrigerator, 30″ electric glass cooktop, white microwave, and white washer/dryer combo.
Next to the kitchen is a closet that houses a 20-gallon electric water heater, closet rod for hanging clothes, and a shelf. Harmonics Newport Oak Laminate Flooring was used through the main level of the house.
In the bathroom is a 48″ shower/tub combo, 30″ Euro-style vanity, and standard flush toilet.
