From Gresham, Oregon-based Tiny Innovations is the Cayman, a gooseneck tiny home available with two- and three-bedroom options. This is their largest model in the Innovative Series and comes in 34′, 38′, 40′, and 45′ lengths.
The exterior has board and batten siding with a knotty cedar tongue and groove accent around the front door. Nine solar panels positioned along the metal roof allow the owners to live off-grid.
The model shown below is a two-bedroom with master bedroom over the gooseneck and kids’ bedroom loft. In the master bedroom is a queen Murphy bed with storage and desk below. The bedroom loft has two twin beds and a privacy wall.
In the living room is an electric fireplace, full size sofa, entertainment center, and LCD TV. The kitchen features high end energy efficient appliances, a farmhouse sink, and upper cabinets.
The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, and toilet.
