Cascadia by Woodshore Tiny Homes

In a world where minimalism and eco-conscious living are increasingly popular, Woodshore Tiny Homes presents the Cascadia, a tiny home that doesn’t compromise on style or functionality. This 360-square-foot tiny house, complete with over 100 square feet of loft space, is a testament to efficient and sustainable living.

Design and Construction

The Cascadia is built on a robust Sunrise Trailer, locally constructed and certified for transportation across Canada and the U.S. Its solid 2×4 house-style framing supports a durable metal roof and stylish farmhouse-styled board and batten with vinyl siding.

The tiny home sits on a 2-7K tandem axle capable of bearing 14,000 lbs and includes electric brakes and a breakaway system for safe towing.

Windows and Lighting

A defining feature of the Cascadia is its ample natural light, courtesy of multiple windows and a glass-paneled front door. These elements create an open, airy atmosphere, essential in a compact space. The option to upgrade to mini blinds in the front door glass adds an extra layer of privacy and style.

Inside, the home is illuminated with recessed 4″ LED pot lights throughout the living room, kitchen, and sleeping areas, providing a modern, sleek look.

Interior Features

The galley kitchen is a highlight, featuring plywood shaker cabinets with soft-closing doors and drawers, an oak-finished butcher block countertop, and a double stainless steel sink with a pull-down faucet.

The full appliance package, including a stainless steel cooktop, fridge, hood fan, and a washer/dryer combo, speaks volumes about the home’s convenience.

The bathroom doesn’t skimp on features either, with a 34″ corner shower, a modern-style vanity set, and a regular flush toilet, with the option to upgrade to a composting toilet.

Comfort and Convenience

Finished with luxury laminate flooring and durable shiplap interior walls, the Cascadia combines comfort with durability. Under stair cabinetry and extra storage alongside the fridge are thoughtful touches for maximizing space.

The high-performance heating and cooling mini-split system, along with a Rheem Mini Tank electric water heater, ensure comfort in all seasons.
