With over 50 years of combined construction experience, long-time friends, Chris Barton and Brian Barrett, joined together to build custom tiny houses. The Barton Ranch is their first tiny house built under their company, Sasquatch Custom Homes, in Magnolia, Texas.
The 20′ tiny house is wrapped in Galvalume corrugated metal siding with tongue and groove cedar accents. A full metal window cover works as a large awning when propped open. An 8’x4′ cedar porch and a quick connect propane grill make for enjoyable outdoor experiences.
Reclaimed wood is used extensively throughout the Barton Ranch’s interior, including the 70+ year old solid red oak flooring, cedar and pine walls and beams, pallet wood ceiling, window trim, and closet door.
The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, 10 linear feet of solid wood cabinets with soft close doors and drawers, a large cedar pantry, a three-burner propane cooktop, and a 3/4 refrigerator.
The customized fold down table/desk has an inlay of the state of Texas and a deer. The table is wide enough for two stools.
The bedroom loft comes with a 6″ memory foam king bed. The bedroom loft and storage loft both have carpet tiles.
