With its fiberglass composite walls, the Amsterdam by Transcend Tiny Homes is one of the lightest 24′ tiny houses available. The house weighs in at 8,340 lbs, compared to over 13,000 lbs for a comparable wood framed house.
The Tennessee-based tiny house builder also had the Amsterdam hurricane tested, showing it could withstand up to 156 mph winds.
The tiny house has a combined living space of 292-square-feet, split between 204-square-feet on the main floor and an 88-square-foot bedroom loft.
The galley kitchen comes with an induction cooktop, full size refrigerator, and pull-out shelving in the cabinets.
There is a large sofa bed with storage in the living room.
The bathroom includes a large shower with glass door, stackable washer and dryer, and a large vanity with drawers.
