Father-and-son builders Nick and Aaron Troisi joined together to form The Unknown Craftsmen where they are building artistic, functional tiny houses.
Their first tiny house, Old Time Caravan, was built for a former client, Tania Myren. She contracted them to design and build a self-sufficient old time gypsy caravan, complete with curved roof, custom woodwork, and round windows.
The kitchen countertop is a mosaic of wood from a dying apricot tree they cut down in Myren’s backyard.
A live edge maple desk, mahogany storage staircase, and intricate woodwork throughout make this a one-of-a-kind tiny house that perfectly fits Myren’s personality and allows her to fulfill her dream of living off-grid in a beautiful work of art.
