Built for a family of five, the 32’x10′ Ventana has a main floor master bedroom, loft bedroom for two children, and a second loft for the third child. The Ventana was built by Alpine Tiny Homes in Vineyard, Utah for clients that live outside Santa Cruz, California.
The exterior combines white standing seam metal siding with a shou sugi ban accent piece. Large Ventana windows provide plentiful natural light while the 1.5kW solar array system keeps energy costs low.
Inside the Ventana are bamboo floors, a fold down table for five, and a storage staircase with handrail leading up to the larger bedroom loft. Double french doors provide privacy for the master bedroom.
The kitchen features a full size refrigerator and freestanding range, convection microwave, and butcher block counters with a cutting board that fits over the sink.
In the bathroom is a full size tub and washer/dryer combo.
