Newport, Tennessee-based Incredible Tiny Homes worked with a client and her father to design and build the custom 20′ Rookwood Cottage.
The exterior uses board and batten siding along the bottom and log chinking lap siding on the upper section of the house. The shed dormer is set in a bit to give it a skirt of metal roofing around the edge.
Inside, they used custom oak flooring with a grey stain, 1″x12″ tongue and groove white pine on the walls, and 1″x8″ pine on the ceiling. An oscillating fan, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures were all picked out by the client and shipped to Incredible so they could install it.
Incredible Tiny Homes gave the client’s father use of their shop so he could build the kitchen cabinets for his daughter. He also built a fold down table that has an extension for when she has guests.
The bathroom has a 36″ shower, composting toilet, and a tankless water heater.
