The Birchwood is a 16′ tiny house that is light enough to tow with a F-150 or 1500-series pickup truck. Even with its small size, Upper Valley Tiny Homes was able to fit a full kitchen, large master bedroom loft, and a three piece bathroom.
A custom storage staircase with room for washer/dryer combo leads up to the main bedroom loft. The bedroom loft has USB outlets and an extra storage area that extends over the closet.
The U-shaped kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator, freestanding range, and upper corner cabinets. A pipe ladder is used to access the second loft, which can be used as a lounge area or for storage.
The bathroom has a vanity, flush toilet, and a 32″x32″ shower.
