This 30′ tiny house by Upper Valley Tiny Homes is ready for off-grid living! A 1000-watt solar kit with batteries, three water tanks totaling 60 gallons, and a composting toilet allow the homeowner to live off-grid for long stretches of time.
The exterior has tongue and groove siding with a natural finish, outside storage compartments, two doors, large windows all around the house, and two skylights.
Inside you’ll find a wood stove, washer/dryer combo, two fold down tables, and a utility closet. Storage stairs lead to the main bedroom loft and a black pipe ladder leads up to the full size bed loft.
The kitchen includes a white counter depth refrigerator, 18″ sink, and a four burner stove. A pocket door leads into the bathroom where there is a composting toilet, shower, vanity, and medicine cabinet.
